The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) takes effect on January 1, 2023. The law imposes new obligations on institutions across the country and also marks the end of several exemptions under the outgoing California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Therefore, even if your institution has implemented strong programs under the CCPA, there is additional work to be done to ensure CPRA compliance.

This webinar will provide financial institutions with the essential information needed to achieve CPRA compliance, including a discussion of the California Privacy Protection Agency’s proposed regulations and the potential impact of recent enforcement actions. Join us to discuss the various issues your organization needs to consider in order to comply with the CPRA.
